Registration for EduOpen MOOCs is always free.

Each EduOpen course/pathway allows you to earn an Attendance Certificate and an Open Badge issued by CINECA’s platform Bestr.

All you need to do in order to get your Attendance Certificate is complete all the activities required by the course or pathway – those marked by the Instructor as “mandatory” – and pass an on-line evaluation (usually an automated test).

After that, you are ready to download your Attendance Certificate!

Once you’ve got your Attendance Certificate – and only after actually downloading it! – the course is marked as "Completed", and this allows for the automatic release of an Open Badge. You will then receive an e-mail from Bestr inviting you to accept the Open Badge.

Some courses might require a small fee (usually less than 10 Euros) for the download of your certificate – this is to be understood as a contribution to the administrative costs of the transaction.
